When an off-the-shelf exhaust will not do, we build one. Our custom exhaust systems for Coogee vehicles are measured, fabricated and fitted in our own workshop. Coogee runs along the coast south of Fremantle, from Coogee Beach and the Port Coogee marina down towards Woodman Point.
Coastal salt air around Coogee can be tough on exhaust components, so material choice and finish matter when we plan your system. Find out more about our custom exhaust systems service across Perth.
A custom exhaust is designed around your vehicle rather than a generic template, so you get the fit, flow and sound that suit it.
Muffler and resonator choices let us tune the exhaust note to suit you.
Suitable pipe sizing and smooth bends help the engine breathe more freely.
Routing is planned around suspension, chassis and heat-sensitive components.
Quality materials and welds help your exhaust handle heat and vibration.
Custom exhaust work rewards experience. We plan each system carefully, then fabricate and fit it so it performs and sounds the way you want. Coogee is next door to Hamilton Hill, so our workshop is only a few minutes’ drive away.
This work often goes hand in hand with our aftermarket exhausts, muffler and exhaust modifications and DPF services. For a deeper explanation, read our guide on how to choose the right performance exhaust. Exhaust noise and emissions for road vehicles are covered by the Australian Design Rules, so we design systems with road use in mind.
Road vehicles must meet noise and emissions requirements, and we design systems with road use in mind.
